Hello and welcome

As an Integrative Somatic Psychotherapist, I offer therapeutic services that engage both body and mind equally. I recognise that our lived experiences abide not only in thoughts and narrative, but in the body’s unworded language: in breath that rises or retreats, in muscles that tighten, in fascia that contracts as it holds what was once too much, in vocal prosody, micro movements and bones that brace – all ways the nervous system re members and holds the life its lived.

Together, in a highly collaborative process, we explore your True Story and all that you bring to a session listening not just to the spoken words but to this quiet, ever-present communication of the Bodymind. We explore the interplay between the two, examining how stress takes shape within you and how your body may have adapted in its attempt to survive. Through curiosity and compassionate attunement we create space for your nervous system to settle, unwind, and reorganise itself into new meaning-making and healthier, more flourishing ways of living.

This integrated approach supports healing that is felt from the inside out – gentle, embodied, and real. Over time, many clients find themselves more grounded, more connected to their inner wisdom, and more able to meet life with steadiness, resilience and clarity. My intention is to help you feel at home in your body, at ease in your being and more fully yourself.

Acknowledgement of Country

I respectfully acknowledge the Gubbi Gubbi people as the traditional Owners and Original Custodians of this beautiful land on which I live and work: land which was stolen from them. I honour the Elders – past, present and emerging – and their continued connection to the lands and waters of this country. I recognise that that they never ceded sovereignty and that colonisation continues to impact First Nations people.
